Ethnic Minority Achievement Department
WELCOME TO THE
ETHNIC MINORITY ACHIEVEMENT DEPARTMENT
The aim of the Ethnic Minority Achievement Department is to ensure that ethnic minority children have full access to the curriculum. Ethnic minority children are given teacher support in class and resources are produced to give them greater access and understanding of the curriculum.
We are also responsible for looking after beginners who have just arrived in the UK. They are given intensive language support before they enter mainstream lessons with support.
